Order Status & Returns

Where is my order?

When you selected your delivery method on the checkout page, it will have shown the estimated number of working days for delivery. This is also included in your order confirmation email. Free UK delivery is currently 3 - 5 working days. For more information on delivery visit our Delivery Page

How to track my delivery?

Standard shipping does not provide a tracking code. If you upgraded to tracked shipping, you will be emailed your unique tracking code once your order has been shipped out. If you have not received your tracking number, email support at support@gravitatenutrition.com

UK Orders:Once you have received your tracking code, you can track your order on the shipping companies website:
Royal mail

Rest of the World Orders: If you ordered via standard delivery, you can track your order on the Royal Mail website. Please note that tracking is only available for certain countries, so don't worry if no tracking information is available for your unique tracking code. In these cases the tracking code will simply confirm when the parcel has been delivered and signed for.

If you ordered via courier service, your order will either go out via DHL or DPD. You will be notified of which service your order went out via in your confirmation email. If your order was shipped via DHL, you can track it here.

How do I cancel an order?

Once you have placed your order, there is no way to cancel it as orders are packed and shipped out shortly after being made. Please therefore wait till your order has arrived and then if you still wish to cancel your order, you can request to return your unused item for a refund. Amending an order

Once your order has been placed, I'm afraid we are unable to amend the order as orders are packed and shipped quickly after the order has been placed.

Can I change the products in my order?

If you want an item removed from your order, you can always request to return your unused item(s) for a refund once you have received them. You can find out how to return an item here. If you wanted to add more items to your order, you will have to create a new order.

Can I change my delivery address?

In order to protect our customers from potential fraud, we are unable to amend address details once the order has been placed. Therefore please check your address very carefully before placing an order.

What are the prices in USD?

Current USD pricing at the time of writing this FAQ is as follows:

14 day supply of Supersculpt and DietVits is $72.99 USD + shipping

14 day supply of Supersculpt and DietVits is $173.99 USD including FREE shipping to the USA

Standard international shipping is free

Note: USD prices may change slightly in line with exchange rate fluctuations, so your card statement may show a few dollars more or less.

Why have I been overcharged?

All of our prices on our website are in GBP (£). As a result when you pay in another currency such as USD the GBP amount is automatically converted to USD. I.e. £1 GBP converts to roughly $1.46 USD.

Can I pay with a different payment method?

We only take payments via the methods provided on the website. These are debit/credit card or Paypal. We do not use any other payment methods.

Can I pay with a Credit / Debit card over the phone?

No, we do not take phone payments, I'm afraid.

General Enquiries

I have a medical condition. Can I use Gravitate supplements?

We recommend that you speak to your Doctor before taking any of our supplements. Show them the product’s ingredient list and they will be able to advise if Gravitate is suitable for you. These can be found near the bottom of the Ingredient page here: http://gravitatenutrition.com/ingredients

How long will it take until I notice results?

Everyone is different so results can vary from person to person. As a general rule, you should start to see results after a week.

Are Gravitate supplements suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, both Supersculpt and DietVits are suitable for vegetarians & vegans.

Do Gravitate supplements interfere with the contraceptive pill?

No, none of our Gravitate products interfere with the contraceptive pill.

Can I take Gravitate supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

No, we do not recommend taking any of our supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I consume alcohol if I am taking Gravitate supplements?

Yes, however we do not recommend consuming alcohol as it is full of calories and toxins!
