We will refund you the purchase price of any Supersculpt and DietVits products – excluding shipping charges and a small handling fee of £10.00 to cover administration charges and distribution costs.

Simply return both the 1st month's opened Gravitate® Supersculpt and Dietvits packets and any other additional unopened Gravitate® packets (including any free packets) within 5 days of us providing you with return instructions, and we promise that we will refund you the purchase price, excluding shipping charges and a small handling fee of £10.00 to cover administration charges and distribution costs.

If you have purchased more than one month's supply, the first month's products can returned to us opened (as this allows you to trial the product for a month) but the other products must be sealed and in resealable condition.

In order to request a refund under our 35-day money-back-guarantee, please follow the instructions below within 35 days of the date on which you placed your order.

Your username and password will have been emailed when you placed your order. The website automatically sets up an account for every customer. If you cannot find your username and password you can re-set your password using the email address you used to place your order here: https://gravitatenutrition.com/my-account/lost-password/

2. Once logged in, go to 'Recent Orders' then choose 'Returns Request' for the order you wish to return and follow the instructions given.

If you cannot see the 'Returns Request' button this may because it has been more than 35 days since you placed your order.
